Pre-dinner reception 6:45 to 7:15
Passed flavored mini margaritas with Jose Cuervo Especial/Clasico

Butlered Hors d’eouvres
Mini flautas with brie & peach~jalapeño salsa
Mini chicken mole tamales
Jumbo lump crab guacamole tostadas
Squash blossom quesadilla triangles
Scallops wrapped in bacon with ancho chile tamarind glaze

Dinner begins at 7:15 pm

First Course
Seasonal Flaim Farm’s Vegetable Escabeche
with serrano chile, red peppers & mushrooms

Second Course
Gazpacho Soup

1st and 2nd courses accompanied by Jose Cuervo Platino Cucumber cocktails

Main Course
Three cheese stuffed chile rellanos with tomato cilantro sauce
& grilled shrimp with roasted tomatillo & chipotle salsa
Served with arroz amarillo

Accompanied by Jose Cuervo traditional sage & pineapple martinis

Dessert
Mexican Berry & Jamaica Trifle

With Jose Cuervo La Reserva

$50/ person + 7% sales tax & 20% gratuity
